I was just curious what the Alamo website price was for a standard car for my dates and was surprised to find it cheaper by $1.70. So I called price line about the guarantee. They checked it out and gave me the same price plus $25, and $50 bonus cash on a qualifying Package whatever qualifying means. I'm happy :)

I have been trying to get Key West accommodations for a couple of weeks with priceline. Started bidding @ $110 and got to $130 over several days and price line ask if I wanted to pay $22 more to get the room, and I did not do that. Several days later went back in thru priceline $130 bid and increased $5 and what do you know they took it. The only negative is that the Marriott Beachside has a $20 parking fee. The property looks beautiful, better than their 3* rating.
