  1. The 4.0 out of 5.0 tripadvisor rating info they give at the bottom seems to narrow it down a little to either the Westin Riverwalk or the Grand Hyatt as the Hilton gets a slightly lesser Tripadvisor rating? They don't indicate the number of reviews though...
  2. Okay, now the same dates are revealing a 4* with the same amenities and a 90% approval rating at $122. per night. I guess it's not the same hotel because of the changed approval rating? Would be fun to find a way to figure out which of the three above this one is, though any would be good stays, I'm sure.
  3. Hello, I was searching for the dates of June 9-13 and found the above listing for $129. with the following amenities: pool, fitness center, restaurant, business center, internet. The approval rating is 95%. This seems to fit the Westin Riverwalk, the Grand Hyatt, and the Hilton Palacio del Rio. Any ideas? Thank you.
  4. For the date of June 19th: Amenities include fitness, pool, restaurant, business, internet $159. 3.5 out 5 with 260+ reviews on tripadvisor Doesn't this look like the Westin? Yay!
  5. Just an update: Same amenities now showing for $10. less, plus they've added a rating of 4 out of 5 with 300+ reviews on Tripadvisor. This makes it look like the Sheraton...
  6. Just an update. Received word from Hotwire that Grand Wailea has been downgraded to a 4.5* star property, and they have given me $25. (Hotdollars) per night in compensation. This makes me feel a little better as the GW website is now showing a AAA rate less that what I paid. I've learned sometimes it pays not to book so early.
  7. It would. In fact, I'm not all that picky about where we stay in that area. Just thought it would be fun to be near the market for that one night. I once stayed in the Westin and that view of the Space Needle with fog rolling in and over it was pretty phenomenal. The rack rates for all of those Pike Place area hotels seem to be about $250. so Hotwire does offer a nice discount.
  8. That's something I had considered. There are three of us and you cannot always get two beds with Priceline. That's the only problem.
  9. Since I have six months, I might hang on a little longer and see what pops up. However, a Friday one night stay right at cruise season in Seattle might prove tricky!
  10. Looking for one night June 19, 2009. (Two adults and one child) Listed at $166. amenities fitness, restaurant, business, internet I was hoping for the Westin... Thanks
  11. That's what it was and I reserved it! Now it has dropped even more for those dates. Sometimes it pays to bide your time, but I was anxious to get my trip planning underway. Thanks, all, for the help.
  12. Oops! Also: Tennis, spa facilities, and children's activity programs are the last three after golf.
  13. The amenities listed are: Resort, beachfront, fitness center, pool, restaurants, business center, internet, golf. The dates are June 23-26 (three nights). The rate is showing now aw $481. Thank you.
  14. There is one 5* resort showing up for the Makena Wailea area of Maui. It's bound to be the Grand Wailea, right? Do any other 5* ever show up on Hotwire? $483. still seems a bit high but is a savings over rack rate. Is it likely to go down between now and late June (my travel dates) or should I pounce on it? Thanks.
