I have bidding since last week. My star rating choices were 3* and up in the Manhattan area. I won't bore everyone with my bidding strategy, however I will say that I started at $108 and went up to $145. The areas which I bid were: CPS, Chelsea, MTW, MTE, ESB, MSG, and TS. I understand the free zone bidding, however what would you recommend in regards to a lowball bid? Like 55/night. I usually track others and see what they won for the same area and I usually start about $10.00 lower than them. Thanks for your advice!!

I think it all depends on the star rating that you would prefer.
