Yea, generally, I'd rather stay on the strip.. but this is my first family trip to Vegas. I'm travelling with my mom, my two little brothers and a friend. The hotel is ideal for a family vacation.

I played around on priceline for a few days for a hotel in Venice and got the Hilton Stucky for $150 from 5/24 thru 5/26. I'm looking forward to this trip! The only downfall is that the hotel is located in a separate island from the Venice mainland. I used the PRICELINE link on the site to book this hotel.

On my fourth rebid try for a 3.5 * in Boston, not expecting much, since I saw several wins @ $75 a nite, however I was pleasantly surprised to see I got a 4*, Renaissance for $69 a nite for 2 rooms..

Was playing around on PRICELINE for possible plans to meet friends in DC.. and got the Marriott @ Wardman Park for $60 a nite for the weekend of June 12 thru 14, 3 rebids got me this hotel, bidding for a 3.5 star hotel.

Hi, I just won a bid for a one night stay at the Wyndham hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ, in vicinity of Philadelphia for $43 a nite for the nite of January 22, checking out January 23. I started with $38, I was asked to counter with an increase of $11 to $49, I declined and used the only other rebid zone in the are for my $43 bid and got it!!

I posted a few months ago my winning bid during CES weekend. From 1/9 thru 1/12 I got THE hotel at Mandalay Bay thru priceline for $163 a night, this was the best I was able to get this weekend, however note I didn't try to bid the north strip b/c I didn't want to risk getting the Trump. Hope this helps.

Just won a 3.5* bid for Providence Downtown for $47/nite, inlcluding taxes & fees it came out to be $114. I got this on two tries, my first bid was $40, I was countered $152, but turned the offer down, then rebid $47 and got it!!!

I tried Priceline again today and got THEHotel @ Mandalay Bay for $163 a nite checking in 1/9 and checking out on 1/12.. I've never stayed @ this hotel, I have always stayed @ the Bellagio and the Wynn, so this will be fun for myself, my brother who is turning 21 and his best friend. :)

The poker rate I have booked @ the Bellagio are $260 on 1/10 and $140 on 1/11, declaring only double occupancy. I tried using priceline for all 3 nights, i first bid $95 for 5* Strip South and got countered $180, i declined the counter offer and tried again 6 more times adding the rebid zones w/o 5* hotels in the amounts of $110, $120, $130, $140, $150, and $160 without any luck. Any suggestions?
