  1. Thank you so much for the reply. I did not end up booking the Millennium Harvest House through Hotwire or Priceline. Funny enough, the same room was available cheaper directly through the Millennium website, so I just booked through them. That's a first for me!
  2. 3 stars in Boulder Colorado 2 Rooms for one night-2 people per room Staying Friday, 7/31/15, check out 8/1/15. $237 per night Amenities via Bidding Helper: FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Tennis nearby, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking. Boulder is not listed as a zone in the Hot.wire list, so I could not look it up. This sounds like the Millennium Harvest House Boulder 1345 28th Street, Boulder 80302
  3. I read another post about promo codes and I ended up booking the Paris 4* through Harrah's website: Check in: 11/20 Check out 11/22 Promo code: PPSTL $115 per night Searching other sites, the Paris was listed at $140 per night, so I think I got a pretty good deal. Thanks for the help!
  4. I just went to the Wynn/Encore site with that code and rooms were $179/night for 11/20 & 11/21. Looks to be available (according to above list of amenities) on hotwire for $155/night for those dates. Is that promo expired?
  5. I'm now seeing the same amenities EXCEPT Fitness Center. Still at $73. Best guess still Harrah's?
  6. Just following up from last year. I ended up booking through Hotels.com. I booked a flamingo GO room, which I highly recommend upgrading to!
  7. Help ID 3.5* Central strip 11/20 - 11/22 $73 Amenities: Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) High-speed Internet Acess Golf Nearby Spa Services
  8. Tough to say. I waited for a couple of weeks before booking mine and it went up by $5. $108 is a pretty good price considering that for my dates the lowest published rate I could find was $253 per night! You never know though....
  9. I just won on priceline 4/4 - 4/8 $119 with the same amenities as you have listed at the Wynn. However, looking at the calendar of wins for your dates, I noticed that there is a posted win for the Venetian at $95 a night, so my guess would be the Venetian. I'm a forum newbie though, so maybe some of the veteran members can offer more insight....good luck!
  10. Thanks so much! This site is such a great asset to frequent travelers such as myself! I send people here every time I get the opportunity. I can't believe how much $$ I saved as a direct result of of finding Betterbidding. (For this particular win, I saved $150 per night! Wow!) :)
  11. I did the $20 trick at the Flamingo. I asked for a late checkout (no upgrades), and was given til 4pm to check out (I think it is normally 10 or 11 AM) and also a room with a better view. (All the GO rooms are great in my book, however)
  12. I just won a 5* in April for $119 with the same amenities. I got the Wynn. Good luck!
  13. Won on Hotwire on 3/23/09: Wynn 5* Center Strip $119 per night 4/4 - 4/8 Amenities: Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services Thanks for your help! I used the HOTWIRE links from this site. Should I do a separate post for this win? Also, how do I post this to the "Calendar of Wins?"
  14. 3.5* Near Strip east $59 4/4 - 4/8 Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services sorry for all the posts...the info and availability is changing quick!
  15. Also I need to ID this property if Possible: 4* Center strip 4/4 - 4/8 $99 Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Spa Services Paris? Planet Hollywood? Is there a way to tell the difference? thanks!
  16. I found the answer to my question in your link to FAQ, thanks. I searched the site for this question but was probably using the wrong search terms. :) I posted an answer to my previous Vegas trip, I never knew I received a reply, my apologies. I also did not know that I was supposed to post in the same thread for the same trip, so thanks for pointing that out. Also, I did not know you were affiliated with Hotels.com, I thought just HOTWIRE and PRICELINE. I will use the links here when booking future travel with any of your affiliates. Anyway, I'm bumping this thread so hopefully someone can ID these 4 and 5 star hotels. Also, is there still trip advisor rating info for each property or is that no longer a feature of HOTWIRE? Thanks again, I'll get the hang of it. Stacey
  17. Hi, I'm confused. I've researched here about Hotwire and made a post, but never ended up booking through hotwire b/c I could not find the hotel that I was looking for. I booked through Hotels.com I did make three posts today: 2 regarding hotels that I could not identify, and one regarding whether or not it's good to wait, or book the sooner the better (i.e. is there a trend as to whether they offer better deals, earlier or closer to the dates of stay.) I'm not sure why my 3 threads were combined. Thanks for the help. stacey
  18. 4.5* 4/4 - 4/8 Near strip east $139 Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services I don't see a 4/5* on the list of pinned hotels for Near strip east. Could it be the Hard Rock?
  19. 5* $119 Vegas Central Strip 4/4 - 4/8 Amenities: Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Golf Nearby Spa Services I'm not able to tell from the current pinned list which hotel this is, it doesn't match any exactly. Palazzo, Venetian, or Wynn? Thanks!
  20. Hello, I'm a frequent stalker of this site. Have yet to take the Hotwire plunge, however. I notice that in the calendar of wins, the 5 star hotels for my date were won at a lower price than being offered now on Hotwire. I was wondering if anyone knew what general strategy is better. To book early, or wait until closer to the date. Are hotels more likely to offer lower rates for last minute bookings? Thanks for any advice you can offer! Stacey
  21. This now listed at $96/night No trip advisor reviews posted...Help?
  22. $99 Only 4 Amenities listed: -Casino -Pool -restaurant -Spa Thanks for the input--I'll be sure to book through your links and post if/when I win.
