If you see “free breakfast” in the list of amenities, stay away! This property is vastly overrated (by Expedia and its affiliates), no better than a Motel 6 except with musty rooms. Realistically, one star or maximum two. Hotwire no bargain either — final price with fees equal or higher than walk-up rate. No airport shuttle either (property is a few blocks from Jamaica Station). Very disappointed. Other listed amenities: free parking, free internet, bed choice.

Final cost $76. (Hotwire showed what I believe is the same property for $66 base). I've stayed before when it was the Moevenpick. Very convenient to airport for long layover. I read that it could stand renovation, but very satisfaction property and price for my purpose.

Did my research, got expected property. PRICELINE had for $55 so I bid $50 and was accepted.

Disputed the charge with credit card (Fidelity Amex, administered by Citicard), who would do NOTHING for me, citing that I had checked in rather than walk away. I then filed a complaint w/ BBB of San Francisco. Hotwire immediately offered me a $25 credit for misrating + another $25 credit for condition of property. They also advised that they had re-rated property from 3.5 stars to 2 stars. I accepted the offer.

This property is rated 2 stars by Expe.dia and can be booked directly for $20 cheaper than the Hot.wire rate. It might be 2 stars, were it not in deplorable condition. It has a 2.4 (out of 5) customer rating, and that is as a 2 star. The hotel rates itself as 2 stars. Based on this misclassification, I asked Hotwire for a refund. They refused, claiming that they start with the Expedia rating and adjust based on customer feedback. So much for Hotwire customer service. This is outright fraud. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card.

Rather disappointed in this "win." This property not on previous 3.5 star list, and I would consider this a 3 star property max.

A clue to identifying this property is amenity "free internet" (as opposed to "internet access") Low price probably reflects that stay is during Ramadan. oops, forgot to use BB link.

Rejected @ $68. Was hoping for / expected Country Inn because of better breakfast, but this property acceptable. Total for 3 night wknd stay $248. PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for 3* was $260. Regular wknd rate $104 +$11 tax

Rejected at $18. Mid-size for $21 also rejected. Very good value for overpriced market.
