Ideally price range would be $200-$300 a night. I just signed up for amex platinum card and should have hilton gold and spg gold soon. Also, I have a $20 off coupon for Hotwire, would you recommend buying one night at a time? Thank you GenX
  14. Hi, I ended up with going with the $113 hotel (used the BetterBidding Hotwire Coupon) and was able to get hotel for $98/night. It was the hotel that you were guessing. Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. Thank you again for your help.

Here is some key information: Need hotel for Sun Mar 4th Flight leaves around 9am Monday morning Coming from Port Canerval Need 2 room (2 adults and 2 children under 5 in each room) Budget $150 per night per room Would like to do some shopping (outlet would be good) Possible staying by the airport might be good idea Free shuttle to airport would be good Free Breakfast would be nice but may not be able to take advantage Staying in point orlando before trip so probably good to change up Can you please offer some suggestions on areas and possible hotels. Thank you
  18. I booked this hotel tonight using the PRICELINE link provide, it was the Rosen Inn like suggested. The cost was $58/night plus priceline sent me a 10% off coupon which I applied. Thank you for all your help
  19. Hi, We like this hotel location "Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando", would this be any cheaper on PRICELINE. Any other hotels around this one that are also available? Thank G
  20. Sorry, not sure if they is some confusion. We are opening to stay anywhere in the Orlando area. We were looking for an area that we can just step out of the hotel and walk around. We did not have plans to go to Disney. The plan for the 2 days was to just walk around (sightsee) maybe try some restaurants we don't have (cheese cake factory, Shake Shack etc). We read there is a free trolley that goes up Intentional drive that is cost effective and may take us around. The $150 budget was per night per room, I talk your feedback on available hotels and potential higher cost if we stay further then a port area. Thank you all your help!
  21. Airport to Hotel - Shuttle service would be great, however if not available take uber/lyft Hotel to Port Canaveral - Shuttle service or uber/lyft again, i tried to search one way rentals on hotwire from MCO to Port Canaveral/Cape Canaveral but had no options come up, does this work for you for the dates i provided? Let me know any other info you think would be helpful.
  22. Hi, I will be going to Orlando Feb 23-Feb 25 (2 nights). I am trying to figure out where to stay, there will be 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids). We will book 2 rooms. We are going on a cruise afterwards. We likely wont rent a car so looking for a hotel that has stuff we can walk around too (malls, restaurants - cheesecake factory/shake shack). We wont be going to Disney. Budget is approx $150 a night but would prefer lower. Does anyone have an recommendations on which area to look at? Thank you G
  23. I ended up going with the Washington Park link above. Used the board PRICELINE link and coupon code. Total cost before fees was $105/night and all with resort fees for 3 nights was $441. The room may only accommodate 2, so hopefully 4 of us can fit okay, otherwise may need to sleep on the ground. I read that one child is free, so will see if they charge for my other child. I have to look into a place/car to stay after the cruise but will create a new thread for that. Thank you all your help
