Got a nice corner contemporary style room with two beds. Clean and comfortable. Be aware though, picking two bed option on Priceline opaque site is not a for sure thing. It puts on your reservation that two beds are requested, but the desk clerk said it is only based on availability when you arrive. WE got lucky. If you absolutely need two beds, use HOTWIRE.

This hotel has been recently updated with new flooring and bathroom fixtures and flat screen televisions. Our stay was very comfortable and well worth this rate. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go, but we took oatmeal back to our room. Great room for a quick overnight trip.

It should be noted this is the Doris Rd one, there are three in auburn hills. I tried every future Friday date and never saw the 95% flag again. Strange. I got the 62% from HOTWIRE vacations. I am not too worried, as this property has recently been all revamped according to the website. I will post!!

Something is not quite right - today I searched it again for a different date - and they have removed the "95% Recommended" flag for the same exact amenities and price....it is strange. Now when I look up my hotel on the site, it says 62% Recommended. I will post an honest review after my stay. This doesn't seem very fair of HOTWIRE.

This property turned out to be very close from Cedar Point - about 10 miles. It was very nice in a good neighborhood. Comfortable beds - modern room. Breakfast was continental - think rolls, donuts, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs - nothing too fancy. Has a good indoor pool.

Got 4* Hyatt Dearborn April 9-11, 2010 for $58/night. 1. Went through Betterbidding Link to PRICELINE. 2. Picked 4* in Dearborn and Taylor 3. Bid $45, which was denied. 4. Asked if I would like to increase without changing anything for $13 more. 5. Won at $58. Going rate on Orbitz is $129

Booked - got the confirmation number and ran it at Starwoods website and there it is - all booked safe and sound!! One thing - if you are traveling with 2 adults and 2 children and want to guarantee 2 beds - make the 2 children adults - because I had to call and straighten this one out.

I booked one Friday night in Downtown Chicago for the Westin at $104, which I could not touch on Hotwire for that night (July 10). Hope it works out!
