There is a trade show during that period and one of my friend got rejected even bid over $110. Try other zones or lower your hotel level.

Acctually, there's no Sheraton Centro Historic on the list if you search all hotels located in Mexico city on priceline. There is a 'best value' sign right beside 'Reforma area', I searched the web for a while and have seen all winners won Sheraton Centro except few who won Marriott.

Tried once, won. May28-30. $40/night. Price shown on <a href="http://www.jdoqocy.com/click-1492259-10515014" target="_blank">Expedia</a> and sheraton web was $145.
