Aside from Madrid and Barcelona, there doesn't seem to be too many wins from other spots. Here's one I won in Valencia, Spain. Managed to find it a couple of weeks later at a cheaper price and Priceline refunded the difference and rebated an additional 20% when I contacted customer service

Was unsuccessful at $102 and $104. I tried as well to bid for a 4* up to $127/night but was unsuccessful in those same areas. I'd been bidding for Maui for a couple of weeks inching my way up for both Resort and 4* properties. At $140 when bidding for a 4* I was given the option to bid $183 which I refused. Kept inching my way up for a couple of days with no success. At $150 + $7 bonus, was again given the $183 option which I turned down. Finally won at $155 + $7 bonus the Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa. Looks to be a nice resort and the shuttle to Lahaina with no extra charge for parking (beyond the obligatory resort fee)being a plus. As always, used your PRICELINE link for my bids.

I'd been bidding for several weeks trying to get a hotel in Quebec City anywhere from $80 - $120 with no success. Tonight bid $110 first without a win, then on the $115 rebid got the Hilton Quebec City. I've stayed there a few years back while attending a conference and am very pleased with the win & location just outside the Old Walls.
