  1. I have been watching hotwire and this website for months and recently have not seen the Hyatt Regency at Orlando International Airport come up on Hotwire lately. I used to see it often and I've been looking everyday for the past few weeks and nothing. Does anyone know why? Any suggestions? I went ahead and just booked directly through Hyatt, but would love to get if for the $59 so many people have posted in the past. Could it show up at the last minute or should I just give up? Just wanted to know if anyone knew of any patterns/trends with this particular hotel. Thanks in advance!
  2. Thanks for the help. I will continue to look for the price to go down and I think it is Paradise Point. I'll post to this thread again and see if you can help me out. I do believe it is the Hyatt Regency and not Paradise Point (which like you said has been upgraded to a 4*) I will also look into splitting the days like you recommended. Thanks a bunch!
  3. Yes, my Albuquerque, NM ENT book has a whole section on Hotels.com info and a rebate form for $10 off 1 night stay, $20 off 2 or more nights stay. The HOTWIRE coupons are for $10 off hotel, $20 off airfare, $5 off car rental, $50 off packages. Enjoy your traveling!
  4. On HOTWIRE, I've been watching the following hotel listed for the dates 5/16-5/20---Can you help me decide if it's Pradise Point in Mission Bay area? Here are the amenities listed: Resort Oceanfront Pool Business Center Golf Nearby NEar Beach Fitness Center Restaurants HS Internet SPA TRIP ADVISOR Rating: 3.0 out of 5 160+ Reviews (last reviewed FEB 08) Price on hotwire: $314 I'm not planning on buying it at that price, but I want to know if it's the hotel that I think so when it appears again at a low price in the future I can be confident it's the right one. If it's not Paradise Point - what other place could it be? Hyatt Regency Mission Bay another 4*? please advise....
  5. My family (traveling with 2 young kids) would like to stay at Paradise Point 5/16-5/20 and we'd like to know how to identify it on hotwire. Could someone please help me identify ammenities or show me dates info that fits the description of Paradise Point so I can book it or keep an eye out for it on those dates? Also, any suggestions on area/place to stay in San Diego for an additional 2-3 nights that is close to attractions and fun for the kids that is at least 3* We have two kids under 2 and want it to be a good place that has easy access to restaurants, attractions. I was thinking downtown area (probably not gaslamp quarter though huh?) Thanks for your help!
  6. My husband and I are planning a trip to San Diego with our two children (both under age TWO) in May. We want to have a relaxing vacation in a 4* hotel and want to stay away from hotel circle i.e. congested areas but don't want to be too secluded. Can you please advise if bidding PL San Diego Coastal would be a good idea for us or should we stick with SD downtown? We want to have convenient access to the zoo and main SD attractions as well as kid friendly places to eat (we will have a car). I understand coastal is a very large zone, would it be a good kid area? If we choose both, should we click on them at the same time or add one then the other for a free re-bid? Thanks in advance!
