  3. Started at $56, used multiple re-bids up to $81. Lowest regular reservation $127/night. Used the PRICELINE link on BetterBidding.
  4. Initiated a bid in the 7 Mile Beach zone at $191--turned down. Immediately bid $201 adding East End, again turned down. Have a back up for a 3 1/2 * on 7 Mile Beach for $300, so I'll continue to try periodically to see if they'll dump distressed inventory.
  5. We used neither service--we opted for a "Stay and Park" package.
  6. First, I've updated my earlier post--thanks! Second, thank you for the tip on the "hidden" features--once I pulled up this list: Resort Beach Front Food and Beverages Included A la Carte Dining Options Water Sports/Ocean Activities Included Evening Entertainment Included Daily Activities Included Complimentary Breakfast Children's Activity Program Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities (self-service) High-Speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services All-Inclusive It appears to match the Blue Bay Grand Esmerelda. Thanks for the assist, you're alright for a Michigan guy! :)
  7. After unsuccessful bidding AND getting a GREAT rate for a PRICELINE rental car, we opted to stay in Port Canaveral vice MCO.
  8. Found the following 4* All-inclusive for $180/night for 3 people 11/5-11/9 with following features: All-Inclusive Resort Beachfront Food/Bev Included A La Carte Water Sports Evening Entertainment Daily Activities Complimentary Breakfast Any idea what hotel this is? Thank you in advance.
  9. I know it's early, but I had a little spare time so I threw my hat in the ring for a pre-cruise stay at the end of January. Was trying for the Hyatt (primary) or Marriott (secondary). Max bid at $43, no dice. They probably haven't released their distressed inventory yet--I'll try closer to the stay date. Of course I used the BetterBidding link! Thanks for the help!
  10. Best price on hotel website $89/night, best price on priceline $86/night. This hotel was available for $49/night on HOTWIRE, so I bid $36 and won first bid. Total cost w/ taxes $47.11. Of course I used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link! :)
  11. Started with a rejected $51 bid for a 3* in Charleston North, added Charleston West and increased bid to $60 and was successful!
  12. Research on this board gave me the insight I needed to make the purchase. I used the HOTWIRE link!
