Amenities are Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, and High Speed Internet. Thanks for your help.

Hi, I am looking for a hotel in Greensboro or Winston-Salem NC. We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Greensboro and loved it but I am not sure that the hotel I'm seeing this time is the same one. I am looking at a 3* in Hampton for $44 on 5/2-5/4. Amenities are Fitness Center, Restaurant. Laundry Facilities, Pool, Business Center and High Speed Internet. Can you help with ID?

When we checked in this LaQuinta the first room we were assigned to had feces smeared on the toilet seat and we were immediately moved to another room. Like many hotels they are now providing feather pillows. Unfortunately my husband is allergic to feathers and unlike any other hotel we've stayed at they did not offer the option of non-feather pillows. There were no toiletries other than bar soap in the bathroom. When I showered the first morning I used the last of my shampoo. Like every other hotel they had a little sign in the bathroom that indicated to ask at the desk if you had forgotten a toiletry. When I asked I was informed that they did not have shampoo. While looking for a number to let Hotwire know that, based on other Hotwire 2.5 star hotels we have stayed at, this is not a 2.5 star hotel I found a rating chart. Their own chart mentions LaQuinta as an example of a 2 star hotel. I called Hotwire and told them that this was not a 2.5 star hotel based on our stay and their own literature and was told that they would have it re-evaluated. When I pointed out that their site says that LaQuinta is a 2 star hotel the representative advised me that this particular hotel was 2.5 star. Today I received this response: "Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay at the La Quinta Inn Charlotte Airport North. We sincerely apologize the hotel did not meet your expectations. Customer feedback helps us ensure our properties continue to meet the high quality standards we expect from all of our partners. After receiving your feedback, we re-evaluated the La Quinta Inn and are confident the 2.5-star rating accurately reflects the service level, accommodations and facilities of this property." I do not believe that they could have visited the property and must have only been going on what the hotel says. I would recommend avoiding this hotel!

I am looking at for 12/29 - 12/31 in Columbia SC Option 1 is a 3* in Columbia - Harbison for $63. Amenities are comp breakfast, pool, fitness center and business center. Option 2 is a 2.5* in Ft Jackson area for $66. Amenities are comp breakfast, pool, laundry and high speed internet. Option 3 is a 2* in Columbia NE for $44. Amenities are comp breakfast, and pool. The amenities are complimentary breakfast and pools. It also has this "Note: This hotel typically charges all guests a resort fee regardless of how the room is booked. The hotel collects this fee of about $5 per room per night directly from you, so it won't show in your Hotwire

The hotel was typical Holiday Inn. It is located right beside a freeway so there was a lot of traffic noise. The room was nice sized and clean. Free wireless internet was included. I walk with crutches and drive a large vehicle. There is only limited (5 spaces) handicapped parking in the surface lot. Most of their parking is in a deck under the hotel, when my vehicle antenna ticked the bar as I attempted to enter the deck I backed up because I didn't want to get stuck. :) There may be other handicapped spaces available in the deck but I did not go down there to find out.

I am brand new to this forum and Hotwire for hotels. I am looking at a Hotwire hotel for Monroeville PA. It is a 3* with a fitness center, pool(s), restaurant(s), laundry, hi speed internet, golf nearby. The date is 9/14-16 and the price is $49. The only 3 star I saw in the list was Holiday Inn. Does it seem likely that this is the hotel?
