  1. Hello, Yes, that is the area/category I was hoping to bid in. When I went into Priceline's Name Your Own Price section and added my criteria (dates, resort level, and city, etc) it said that hotels in that area retail for $293- so I was thinking of starting my bidding at around $140 to $150- does that sound too low, or too high? I'd be willing to go higher than that- I guess up to $180-$200 if necessary, and hope to get the JW Marriott (but not gripe to this board if I don't!) :0) I know that there haven't been many wins posted lately for the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes resort, but I am really hoping for a win! :) Let me know your thoughts! Thanks a million- R
  2. I am getting ready to bid on Priceline for 3/15 to 3/21/09- would LOVE to get the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes resort, but not sure how much to start bidding at. I have done a ton of research on their rack rates, and the lowest I saw was $279 offered on Marriott's website. The lowest I found anywhere else was to use Priceline Vacations- and based upon the flight and rental car costs I found (separately) and backed out of the package price, I figured they are charging $255 per night if I booked through there. Any thoughts or advice? I will be starting to bid tomorrow.... Thanks!
  3. This was the hotel I was looking for, very happy! The price on the hotel's website is $125/night! Thanks, Betterbidding.com!!!
