Went to BetterBidding- like I always do- and looked on PRICELINE's new option for a deal - saw it was $78.00 for Bellevue 3* stars- I knew it was the Silver Cloud from research on BB. Bid $70.00 and got it first time. Thank you BetterBidding!

I stay in Portland all the time- you need to bid 70.00 to 95.00 to be successful. The 4 * hotels are all wonderfull

try parking outside of the hotel. I find a parking garage at more than half the cost of the hotel.....
