What are your dates? I was having the same issues with this property as well.

Managed a bidding war trying to get a nice San Diego area 4* property for a one night Friday stay. Plenty of re-bid zones, so started low. $50, increased by $2 up to $66 (9 bids); no success. started at $67 and increased by $1 until finally hit at $80. (14 bids) Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $80.00 Subtotal: $80.00 Taxes & Fees: $18.17 Total Charges*: $98.17 Happy enough for a one night stay. (Got the PRICELINE link to work too!)

Oddly enough, the HOTWIRE link works but not the PRICELINE. I've used this board many times and have no trouble doing what I can to support the efforts, just doesn't seem to want to work for me. If I can get the direct link, maybe that will work. While it's always a good deal to pay less than 50% of retail, I've gotten this property many times in the past at much lower rates, so I feel like I spent alot this time. :)

Been bidding on this property for about 3 weeks and could not get any good hits. Received counteroffer (+$22) at $77, $80, $82, and $84. $85 finally accepted. Really needed to stay here for logistical reasons or was going to consider Pasadena. Stayed here several times and very pleased with this property, although never paid more than $58. Must have something going on or with the 4* upgrade they changed their minimums. $30 rejected, counter offer for + $8 Added Kissimmee at $32 accepted. Total $43.34

Apologies for not using the link, I could not get it to load. (Any one else having issues?) Started yesterday at $50 and then $55 with Lawndale rebid. Went to $60 today and was given a $17 counteroffer. Added Lawndale + $9 and got the Courtyard. Was trying for the Radisson, but not displeased. Courtyard isn't listed on the hotel list at 3*. Paid $246.06 for 3 nights; Hotel website lists out at $467.04
