I've noticed the same phenomenon twice in a row straight after I made a booking. That is, the "Recommended in XX% of Hotwire customer review" status changed to "We are still gathering reviews for this property" after I did the same search again. They were highly likely to be the same property as the area, amenities and price were exactly the same. Just an observation but it doesn't make a difference at the end.

$195, 3*, Complementary breakfast, Fitness centre, Business centre, High-speed Internet access $181, 2.5*, Smoking-free rooms, Complementary breakfast, Fitness centre, Business centre, Hig-speed Internet access According to the pinned hotel list, the $195 one appears to be the Holiday Inn Express Madison Square Garden. If so, it is a smoking-free hotel and was previously 2.5* which matches the $181 one. Is it possible that they are the same?

Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High-speed Internet Access Booked on the 2/21/11 for 2 adults and 2 children When I booked, ratings was "Recommended in 90% of Hotwire customer reviews ". The next day, the rating shows "We are still gathering reviews for this property". But the price, amenities and everything else appears to be the same. Based on the % recommendation, I thought it was likely to be Four Point because it has a higher rating on Trip Advisor than Holiday Inn. I wonder how Holiday Inn got 90% on Hotwire when the reviews are not that favourable on Trip Advisor?

Thanks, I understand now. I thought HOTWIRE does not show kitchenette as an amenity so I assumed you have to know which hotels have a kitchenette and then try to identify such hotels in a search. I did some experimental searches on Orlando and have found some hotels with kitchenette, so I know what the icon looks like now.

I'm looking for any 3* or higher hotel with a kitchenette in Anaheim for 2 adults and 2 children for the period 9/22 - 9/29. I could not find any of the hotels in the search result with a kitchenette icon. Please help.

Is there a sure way to identify this using Hotwire? Does Hotwire show kitchenette as an amenity icon? I don't think I've seen any in my searches.

They are lower than other hotels of a lower rating.
