  1. The Holiday Inn would be my best guess as well, but I'm far from certain that it would be right. I think taking the Top Secret hotel on Travelocity is a safer bet.
  2. This hotel has not yet been identified. My best guess is the Ramada Plaza.
  3. I don't believe that the 2* is the Days Inn Calgary South, since it doesn't appear to have an on-site restaurant. My best guess is the Macleod Trail Travelodge. But have to agree with thereuare: I don't think you can identify these hotels with enough confidence to make purchasing them worthwhile. What would you do if you booked one of them and found out that the hotel didn't accept pets? If you're willing to take a bit of a chance with an opaque service in order to save money, I think a better bet is Travelocity's Top Secret hotels. You can almost always identify a Top Secret hotel by comparing its customer ratings with the hotels in Travelocity's non-opaque service. Travelocity currently offers only one hotel in Calgary for your dates, but it is in Calgary South, and the customer ratings are a match for those of the Blackfoot Inn (which does accept pets). If you decide to go this route, please start your purchase from the Travelocity link on the support page.
  4. You also have a Super 8 listed in the Vancouver Downtown West zone that is actually in the Toronto Downtown West zone (and is already listed there too).
  5. The set of amenities for the 3* hotel is a match for the Greenbrier Hotel (previous reported here). My best guess for the 2.5* is the Quality Inn at False Creek.
  6. Many people have asked about this hotel, but nobody has booked it. My best guess is the Holiday Inn Midtown.
  7. My best guess is the Silver Cloud Broadway; the restaurant is currently closed for renovations, and the pool is closed until May 16 because of the work being done on the restaurant.
  8. With 500+ reviews from Hotwire customers, it's very likely that this hotel has been reported here before with a different set of amenities showing. Assuming that the parking charges listed at the bottom by Hotwire ($20-25 self parking; $25-30 valet) are correct, my best guess is the Hilton. The Doubletree is also a possibility if those charges are not necessarily accurate.
  9. The set of amenities is a match for the Edgewater Hotel, so that's my best guess. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  10. To see all the amenities when there are more than 8, you need to click "Continue" to get to the hotel details page, then click the "see all" link above the list of amenities. When you do this, you should see the following additional amenities: Golf, Tennis, and Spa. This set of amenities is a match for both the Venetian and Palazzo.
  11. Welcome to BetterBidding, brewbruin. I just checked and the Aloft appears to be back. Its sudden unavailability was likely just a temporary glitch on the hotel's end.
  12. How are you planning to get around in Portland? The most cost-effective place to stay in Portland would likely depend on whether you'll be driving or using public transit/taxis.
  13. hitmann's stay is for a Friday and Saturday night. Saturday nights in downtown Seattle tend to be expensive in the summer. And on top of everything else, the American Federation of Teachers is holding is biannual convention 7/7-7/11 at the Washington State Convention Center. PRICELINE rates might go down between now and then, but it's not safe to assume that will happen. If you really want to stay in downtown Seattle for this trip, I agree that you should make a refundable reservation now if you haven't already. If, in the end, you're unable to find anything in downtown Seattle within your price range, and you're driving down from Vancouver, you may want to consider staying in Bellevue. It's fairly short driving distance from downtown Seattle, and rooms there tend to be cheap on weekends (and most have free parking).
  14. My best guess is the Carlyle, and yes, getting almost no discount through HOTWIRE is easily possible.
  15. The best 4* deals that you've seen here are not easy to come by; it often takes multiple attempts to get them, if it happens at all. Priceline rates at 3.5* hotels aren't quite as good, but it's a lot easier to get a 3.5* room at the amounts you're bidding. You should be able to get a 3.5* for $55 or less; it's up to you to decide how much more you're willing to pay for a 4*. Current rates for that weekend are fairly low, so I think you can afford to keep trying for that 4* deal for at least another week.
  16. Welcome to BetterBidding, betaboy00. This hotel hasn't been identified, and I don't remember seeing this listing before. Given the above amenities and the good reviews (and the small number of them), my best guess is the Holiday Inn Express Lynnwood. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  17. Welcome to BetterBidding, pearljam47. A few people have asked about this one. A hadn't seen a listing for a hotel in Downtown Toronto West with this set of amenities until very recently, and the hotel has not been identified yet. My best guess is that this is the InterContinental Toronto Yorkville, showing a different set of amenities than it did when it was last reported. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  18. The Hyatt Place is rated 3* as well; the 3.5* Hotwire hotels in this zone are the Sheraton and Embassy Suites. For what dates did you book the Radisson?
  19. The hotels that have been reported in the Renton-Kent zone can be found in the Priceline Hotel List - Washington (State). Of these hotels, the one most likely to come up on a 3* bid is probably the Holiday Inn Renton. Courtyard hotels do not generally offer free breakfast; Residence Inn and Homewood Suites hotels do. Which zones in the Seattle area are you willing to stay in?
  20. My best guess for the Downtown Toronto West hotel is the Hilton Toronto; my best guess for the Downtown Toronto East hotel is Le Meridien King Edward. If you decide to book one of these hotels, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  21. Someone else asked for an ID of this hotel recently. Given that HOTWIRE has collected over 500 reviews for it, I believe it's been reported here before, and is now showing a new set of amenities. My best guess is that this is the InterContinental Toronto Yorkville.
  22. Priceline update: The Hyatt Regency Toronto (Downtown South) has been upgraded to 4*. Also, the following previous updates haven't been incorporated into the hotel lists: Dec 25, Dec 28, Jan 29, Feb 1.
  23. A few quick searches tell me that there is more than one hotel that shows this set of amenities, so you'll need to give your search parameters (check-in/check-out date, number of adults/children) before we can continue. Also, please conclude this other priceline Vancouver topic.
  24. Welcome to BetterBidding, pzl. When I tried the search, the information was the same, except that the amenities also included Smoke Free. If you saw this as well, then this set of amenities is a match for the Marriott Bloor Yorkville, so that's my best guess. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  25. When I tried the search, the 4* hotel was $99 and had the following amenities: Smoke Free, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, High-Speed Internet, and Spa. This is a match for the Westin Harbour Castle. I don't want to venture a guess with the listings you saw without being able to see them for myself.
