  1. The above chains are not typically what we see at the 2.5* level on Hotwire. My best guess, if I had to make one, would be either the Super 8 Denver Airport or the Baymont Inn Denver Airport. However, as thereuare said, there are too many possibilities for anyone to say confidently what this hotel is.
  2. There doesn't seem to be enough information for me to confidently identify this hotel. The most likely candidates, I think, are the Days Inn Salmon Creek, Rodeway Inn Vancouver, and Days Inn Vancouver Mall. I don't remember seeing a rate this low on Hotwire in the Portland area; I wonder if somebody has made a mistake. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  3. Are you referring to the Holiday Inn Express in Lake Oswego that you booked last month? Hotwire's vacation packages are "powered by Expedia", and the ratings you see there are Expedia's, not Hotwire's. Sometimes it works the other way, where Expedia's rating is higher than Hotwire's. It seems to me that you didn't get anywhere because the evidence was on their side. Given their criteria, their 3* rating was perfectly justified. You might also want to research this board. This HI Express had been reported before as a 3*, and was on the Oregon Hotwire Hotel List.
  4. It's more likely to be the Renaissance.
  5. It was there when I checked just now. Perhaps this was just a temporary glitch.
  6. Welcome to BetterBidding, Greg. Does the listing you see also say that this hotel is "Recommended in 75% of customer reviews"? If so, I believe that it's Sutton Place. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  7. The set of amenities is a match for the Westin. However, I think there's a good chance that this hotel is the Sheraton.
  8. You're welcome; I'm glad I could help. Their Internet Rate is $139, so this looks like a very good deal.
  9. The above hotel didn't appear when I tried the search yesterday, and it isn't appearing for me today, either. Were your search parameters something other than 1 room/2 adults?
  10. My best guess is the Silver Cloud Inn Bellevue-Eastgate. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  11. Welcome to BetterBidding, A.T. The set of amenities for the 4* Downtown West hotel is a match for the Sheraton Wall Centre, so that's my best guess for both searches. The set of amenities for the 5* Downtown West hotel is a match for Sutton Place. Please let us know what you eventually decide to do, even if you book a hotel through other channels or cancel the trip.
  12. Please be careful when listing the amenities; we check them against the amenities in our searches so that we can be reasonably confident that we're seeing the same hotel that you did. 5* Downtown West - do the amenities include High-Speed Internet as well? If so, the set of amenities is a match for Sutton Place. 4* Downtown West - do the amenities include High-Speed Internet as well? If so, the set of amenities is a match for the Sheraton Wall Centre. 4* Entertainment District - do the amenities include High-Speed Internet rather than Business Center? If so, this set of amenities is a match for the Georgian Court Hotel. If you decide to book one of these hotels, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  13. Welcome to BetterBidding, love2travel10. Please give the check-in/check-out dates for this search, as well as the number of rooms/adults/children if something other than 1 room/2 adults. Also, please list all of the amenities associated with each hotel.
  14. Do you mean May 21-23 (this hotel didn't come up when I tried March 21-23, 2011)? And where does it state that meals are included in the rate?
  15. On that point, I have to agree with you. Clearly, the time I spent here trying to explain BB's policies regarding HOTWIRE hotel identifications was wasted. When you've asked for assistance, it is considered good etiquette to conclude your topics by letting us know what you ultimately decide to do, even if you book through other channels or cancel the trip. Also, if you have any further questions regarding this trip, please send a reply to this topic, rather than start a new one.
  16. Don't use PRICELINE's retail service to determine the availability of hotel rooms; it rarely shows everything that's available. The hotels' websites are generally the best place to look for that information.
  17. thereuare's response wasn't hostile. He simply (and politely) asked you not to request ID's of hotels that you have no intention of booking. It's a waste of everyone's time, including yours. Suppose that the above hotel is the Westin Harbour Castle (and I think it is too). Now what? All you can do is wait for something to show up that's in a suitable location and price range, and then figure out what that hotel is. Which is exactly what you would do if you didn't know the identity of this hotel. And there's no point in having us spend time identifying a hotel when it's not going to affect your subsequent actions. So please wait until you find a hotel that you might be interested in booking, then ask us for an ID of that property.
  18. My best guess is the Howard Johnson Inn Gananoque.
  19. It's possible, but it's more likely to be the Sheraton.
  20. Welcome to BetterBidding, Scott. The 75% recommendation tells me that this is neither InterContinental hotel. My best guess is the Renaissance. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  21. I don't think so ... When I performed the search for 1 adult, I saw the same hotel that you did. When I did it for 2 adults, however, the hotel had the same amenities, but was only recommended by 75% of Hotwire customers and had an overall score of 4.0. My best guess is that hotel is Sutton Place, and the one you saw for 1 adult is the Westin Harbour Castle, showing a different set of amenities from previous reports.
  22. Welcome to BetterBidding, Lessa. When I performed the search, the amenities for the 4* hotel in Downtown Toronto East also included Smoke Free, and a Bed Choice option was given. The hotel had a TripAdvisor rating of 4.0 and was recommended by 90% of Hotwire customers. If this is the hotel you see as well, then my best guess is the Westin Harbour Castle. If the above information doesn't match what you see, please let us know and we'll take another look. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  23. You just did it (i.e. sent a reply to move this topic to the top of the list). The above hotel is a match for the Westin Kierland Resort.
  24. I just looked at the listing for this hotel on HOTWIRE. I hope you don't mind me asking, but why did you knowingly book a hotel that's recommended by only 30% of HOTWIRE customers, and has a 2.0 TripAdvisor rating?
  25. My best guess is the Banff Aspen Lodge. Brewster's Mountain Lodge is also a possibility.
