  1. My best guess is the Quality Inn at False Creek.
  2. My bids: 3* Galleria - Dallas North: $25 3* Galleria + Garland: $27 3* Galleria + Grand Prairie South: $29 3* Galleria + GPS + Garland: 30, which was accepted by the Holiday Inn Dallas North-Addison. I used a $50 coupon for this bid (my winning bid was actually $20+$10 bonus), so the total came to only $131.20 after taxes and fees! Reviews for this hotel are mixed, but it's close to the event I'll be attending in Dallas, and I don't think I can really go wrong at this price (advance purchase rate on the Holiday Inn's website was about $90/night). Thanks again to dutchie26 for telling us about the bonus cash.
  3. It worked for me as well. Thank you for telling us about it, dutchie.
  4. My best guess for the 4* hotel is the River Rock Casino Resort (the Red Rock is in Las Vegas); my best guess for the 3.5* is the Executive Hotel Burnaby (the Howard Johnson's TripAdvisor rating doesn't match the one given by Hotwire, and it doesn't have any suites).
  5. Priceline updates: Seattle, WA: The Renaissance (Downtown - Pike Place) has been upgraded to 4*. Portland, OR: The Hotel B (Beaverton - Hillsboro) is now the Comfort Inn Hillsboro (still rated 2.5*).
  6. Looks like Colfax beat me to reporting the breakdown of the Mission Valley zone. Here are some more San Diego Priceline updates: Downtown and Harbor Island The Staybridge Suites is now the Worldmark San Diego, which I don't believe is available through Priceline. Escondido - Vista The Lake San Marcos Resort has been downgraded to 2*. Mission Valley As Colfax mentioned above, the La Quinta Inn Mission Valley has been upgraded to 2.5*. North County Coastal The Holiday Inn Legoland has been renamed the Holiday Inn Carlsbad By The Sea. The Howard Johnson Encinitas has been upgraded to 2*. Point Loma - Shelter Island - Old Town The Holiday Inn Express Old Town has been upgraded to 2.5*. Rancho Bernardo The Staybridge Suites has been upgraded to 3*. Also, one minor correction to the San Francisco Priceline list: the Best Western Miyako Inn (Civic Center) is now the 2* Best Western Hotel Tomo, not the Hotel Kabuki (which used to be the Mikayo Hotel, a different property from the Best Western). Sorry, I left out one zone: San Diego Coastal The Paradise Point Resort has been upgraded back to 4* The Holiday Inn Express Mission Bay has been upgraded to 2.5*.
  7. Someone else asked about a 2.5* Denver Airport hotel with the same amenities a few weeks ago (in this topic). I don't think HOTWIRE was showing any customer feedback for this hotel at the time. In light of this new information, my best guess is the Baymont Inn.
  8. I assume your check-out date is June 27 (the 4* that comes up for check-out on June 26 is a lot less). If so, it's not an opaque listing (it's distinguished from Hotwire's opaque listings by the "provided by Hotels.com" on the right); just click "continue" and Hotwire will tell you what it is.
  9. Best guesses: 4* North Scottsdale: Hilton Scottsdale Resort 3.5* North Scottsdale: Scottsdale Plaza Resort (Hotwire has moved the boundary between Scottsdale and North Scottsdale; these properties are now in the North Scottsdale zone, as are the Millennium Resort McCormick Ranch and InterContinental Montelucia Resort) 4.5* Central Phoenix: Arizona Biltmore If you decide to book one of these hotels, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site. Please conclude this Hotwire Scottsdale topic you started by sending a reply to that thread indicating what you eventually decided to do.
  10. Welcome to BetterBidding, dannydanny. The Quality Hotel is my best guess as well. In the future, please include the check-in/check-out dates of your search so that we can be sure that we're looking at the same hotel that you are. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  11. Please keep all posts pertaining to the same stay in one topic, even if you're requesting assistance with both Priceline and Hotwire. When I tried this search, I saw the Business Center amenity in addition to the ones above. Assuming that it appeared in your search as well, this set of amenities is a match for the 3.5* Executive Hotel Vintage Park on Hotwire's old vacation packages. My best guess is that this hotel has since been downgraded to 3*. If you decide to book this hotel, please start you purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  12. Since this inquiry is for the same stay as your initial one, using the same topic is the correct procedure. This hotel is a match for the Westin Harbour Castle.
  13. Given that 75% of Hotwire customers recommended it, I think it's more likely to be the Renaissance.
  14. Best guesses: 2*: Comfort Inn North Vancouver. Given the 3.5 TripAdvisor rating, the North Vancouver Hotel is a possibility, but less likely since it appeared in Hotwire's old vacation packages with a different star level and amenities. 3*: Lonsdale Quay Hotel.
  15. The Hilton and Sheraton Gateway have both been reported with this set of amenities. Given that it's only recommended by 75% of Hotwire customers, my best guess is the Hilton. If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  16. I'm not too sure what this is, either, but given the TA rating and customer feedback (particularly the fact that it gets much better scores for location than anything else), my best guess is the Bond Place Hotel.
  17. Kimmy, The dates are in the subject line and in the initial post -- Sept. 15-17.
  18. Given the parking fees listed at the bottom, the Hilton appears to be the most likely.
  19. This is a match for the Silver Cloud Stadium. But it's significantly more expensive than the 4* in this zone that I'm seeing right now (I believe it's the Sheraton). Is there any particular reason you're interested in the 3.5* property? If you decide to book this hotel, please start your purchase from the Hotwire link on this site.
  20. Please keep all posts pertaining to the same stay in one topic. This is a non-opaque listing on HOTWIRE (distinguished by the gray colouring and "provided by Hotels.com" on the far right). Just click "continue" and Hotwire will tell you what it is.
  21. My best guess for this (3*) hotel is the Century Plaza Hotel and Spa. But the 4* Downtown West hotel I see (which appears to be the Westin Bayshore) is only $109.
  22. The 3* Orlando Airport hotel might also be the Wingate Inn. My best guess for the 2* is the Travelodge Orlando Airport, but I'm pretty sure there are other possibilities. Something is odd about the 3* I-Drive South hotel; the reviews from Hotwire customers (85% recommend, 4.5 overall satisfaction) seem out of line with its 2.5 TripAdvisor rating. My best guess, if I had to make one, is the Radisson International Drive; it was once part of the Orlando Metropolitan Resort, and Hotwire may have incorrectly used the TA rating for the OMR. However, I would have expected more than 30 reviews, even though it's been a Radisson for only about 6 months. (thereuare: it appears that my previous report of the Orlando Metropolitan Resort's demise was incorrect. From what I can gather, only part of the resort was converted into a Radisson; there is a building on the property that continues to operate as the Orlando Metropolitan Resort. This remaining part is rated 2* by Priceline, in contrast to the Radisson's 3* rating.)
  23. If you have no particular preference for either zone, and just want the least expensive hotel, I would try a different strategy. Something like this: Select 4* Downtown + Granville Entertainment District... Bid $70, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $75, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $80, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $85, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $88, if rejected close browser and use our link to re-access PRICELINE Select 4* Downtown + Granville Entertainment District + unused rebid zone... Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $93, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $95, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $98, if rejected add re-bid zone... Bid $100.
  24. Yesterday, I did a search for the Labour Day weekend as well, just to see if this hotel was available for $19/night then, and it was. Today it isn't, which leads me to believe that it was a mistake.
