There is a parking fee of $8/day amenities displayed were pet friendly, restaurant, and pool Considering the age of the rooms, I think it should be rated at 2 or 2.5 starts. It is not a 3 stars.

I thought I did use the PRICELINE link. Can you tell I didn't? I value this site but one thing I always seem to have trouble is finding the right link to use here--you always post it in the replies but it isn't real apparent if the link in the support/travel links area is the right one. Just some feedback. Thanks for this site.

Sorry I haven't been back. Not much travel to do in December. This is the Courtyard in Modesto.

After giving up on 2.5* as too much for 11/18 Opened 2* bid at $38--no luck Rebid with Ripon-Manteca area at $45 with success. I've been to this Ramada before--not as nice as being across the road at the Courtyard. Property is a bit scruffy. I used Savingsbarn.com to link to PRICELINE

Opened bid at $35 used re-bid zone to move to $38 based on previous post here and was successful Tried to extend one day to 11/18 at $38 but was unsuccesful. Used rebid zones bidding up to $55 without success for 11/18. I used savingsbarn to initiate link to PRICELINE.

Thanks to bcbeagle, Colfax, & Synxes. Lowered their winning bid bid $44 was first bid based on their history. 10/20 to 10/22
