I found a hotel listed on HOTWIRE that was listed as a 5* hotel with the following ammenities: 5-star hotel in Forum Area - Sant Mart

I just wanted some suggestions or help. I noticed some topics stating they had received winning bids on priceline for 60 bucks a night for a 4 star hotel. I tried that and went up 5-10 bucks and eventually got to 103 (which was the most recent winning bid on the forum) and it was still unnaccepted. im not really willing to spend much more than that because i have my eye on another hotel for less. any suggestions on price fluctuations or techniques? thanks
