Ok Priceline did respond in an e-mail that they were having technical problems and would take care of the problem. they were very nice-and we did our offer again-which came back with a counter offer of $99.00. Our offer was for June 13th-15th in a 3 star hotel in the kensington area of London. this was my first time trying priceline and wasn't sure if that was a good deal or not. Since I read these threads-i think i will wait my 72 hours and try again. Thanks for the help!

There reply was "we have a great deal for you!" Normally you are required to change additional items (add zones,star level or dates) in order to try your request again. However we are able to extend this one time opportunity to you because of the zone, quality level and dates you requested. If you are willing to accept this new price you can get your hotel room right now. what do you think?

yes,they responded with a counter offer af $99.00. These dates were for the 13th-15th of June. It was for a 3 star rating. I know another person who told me about this site and got the Forum for $64.oo two days ago. i stayed at the Forum 4 years ago-not a bad hotel. I checked it out..there rates for June were $200-250.00. like I said, I am very new to this. any help would be appreciated.

I am logged in under my name and we used my boyfriends credit card. Would that cause a problem?

We put in our request-then they said it would be 15 minutes while they looked-they gave me my request # and i waited the 15 minutes. When I tried to check my request they said they have no record of it. i sent an e-mail.

I just put a request on to priceline - 45 minutes ago-and when i put in my request number and last 4 digets of my credit card they don't have a record of it. What to do? My first time!
