  1. This hotel is not showing on the BB Priceline Maps. It gets good reviews so I am happy with the win. It has free parking, internet, breakfast, gym, shuttle. I had tried other prices and areas with no success.
  2. Rochester hotel. Miss starred at 3*! Definitely lower.
  3. Need to add to the Priceline hotel list in Cocoa Beach. Under the Titusville area there is now a ***Holiday Inn. I thought Titusville would be a free bid for me for 2 1/2 stars and above. Noooo! Got it; don't want it! :) My bid was $98 for 9/3-9/4 2011. I was going after Country Inn & Suites. Live and learn! Keep up the good work. Deb
  4. Does any one know what hotels fall in area #5 of Richmond? I don't see a section for what they call "Midlothian" on the pinned list? Thanks to all of you great people for your help. Deb
  5. This is in the Beach Zone. Started with Resorts at $75. Added in free zones and Downtown Zone that would have been acceptable, lowered stars to 3* and finally won at $95. Taxes and fees= 19.22 Total for 1 night= 114.22 Stay: pre-cruise March 13-14 2008 Clicked on link from here for PRICELINE. Signed out once and went back in. Deb
  6. Got the 3* Raddison for $95 per night. With taxes for 2 nights: $221.51 That is for dates of 1/9/08 - 1/11/08 On weekends can get it for less: $85 per night for 1/5/08 - 1/07/08. Went to Priceline via Savings Barn. This hotel needs to be added to the downtown Rochester list.
  7. First bid was $70. Not accepted but a message popped up and told me if I'd add $22 to the bid I had a room, without changing anything else. I had never gotten this message before. But, since I knew I had a free bid by checking the BWI neighborhood (they don't have a 4 Star), I didn't accept their offer. Went back, rebid $75 with additional area checked and got the Marriott. Taxes, etc. are $17.40, so a total of $92.40 That's the good news. The bad news is that I didn't know parking would be $21/night! Yikes! :) Thanks to all for their posts and help and for a terrific site.
  8. Just got the Residence Inn for 10/8 -10/15/2007 for $60. Started the bidding for 2.5* at $40, so I had to work long and hard to get this! Kept tinkering with my dates to finally get accepted as there are no "free" re-bid zones.
  9. Yankee Clipper Resort 1140 Seabreeze Blvd. Unsucessful at $90. Won at $95 Stay 4/15-4/16 2007 Taxes: $19.10 Total: 114.10
