I can't get the same hotel to appear on my standard search for 2 adults. How many rooms/adults/children did you search for? Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search.

Westin is on top of the list but the Hilton Houston Post Oak is also in play here.

Sometimes will you see the resort fee listed but not always and it's not the exact amount so I wouldn't use this to ID a hotel. It can help but don't put to much weight on it.

I'm sorry to say that a 5* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But Skycity Grand Hotel would be a guess.

The property is top rated so I don't think quality, location or service would be any problem.

Sorry to see that you don't like the outcome. Let's hope the hotel exceeds your expectations. I always take the TA reviews with a grain of salt. And keep in mind with TA reviews that many of those people paid full price, which is often significantly more, and may have different expectations at those price points. And for some reason are the TA reviewers many times eager to complain over ridiculous things.
