workaround---pick "casino" as one of the required amenities and it will eliminate the Trump Hotel from the Priceline "express deals" since they don't have a casino. It worked for me--the hotel that I was pretty positive was Trump's (almost identical price, rating, location, etc.) disappeared after my filter was set.
