Thank you for the help Thereuare. I did find the "Dreams Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa" in google maps, but it appears as "permanently closed" and the property is now the "Hyatt Ziva". So I don't know if it will get me the Hyatt Ziva or the Dreams Villamagna instead.

it has 2,000+ reviews, so  I am thinking it is the Dreams but that hotel is not in the Conchas Chinas area, I dont think the other options are All Inclusive or beachfront.
