I took the $113 a night 4 star Hotwire and it was indeed the Whitehall Houston hotel in downtown. very happy given the reviews of the hotel and the online rates I had seen elsewhere. Looks perfect. thanks very much for your help!

Confirmed as the hotel van zandt via PRICELINE EXPRESS for $219 per night. very pleased as a) hotel looks nice and is well reviewed but b) that is across the Austin city limits festival weekend 1 that I'll be attending and prices elsewhere were considerably more expensive. thanks for your help.
