  1. Okay, I think I'm understanding how it works. Thanks for the quick quote tip, I hadn't thought about doing that. I think, in order to keep the 'worst-case scenario' around our target, we should keep the maximum bid price at 145. Any other questions?
  2. Thanks for the response! I'm looking for a 4*+ in the "Mission Beach - Ocean Beach - Pacific Beach" area. As far as a reasonable parking fee, after doing some test bidding and research with express deals, I noticed the fees end up rolled into the price, so whatever our reservation ends up being includes that cost, so I'm not as worried about that. 20-30 dollars seemed to be the norm. Our budget is no more than $200 a night after fees, but obviously we're looking for the best deal. Thanks
  3. Hi there, My wife and I are travelling through San Diego 6/1 - 6/4 and are wanting to stay in the Mission Bay area of San Diego, so I'm looking for some bidding help on a good deal. One of our only concerns with booking blind in the area is the potential for hidden fees (resort fees, exorbitant parking fees etc.), would just booking through MapsAndHotels.com be better? Thanks for your help.
