Thank you for the info. I need to be relatively sure of the hotel's identity as I'm sensitive to the location...some of the hotels in the downtown area are not in walking distance of the event I am attending.

When I looked, I thought it was a 3 1/2 star rating on TA. Maybe I misread it...I'm looking for anything at or below $110/night in the area.
