hey, i like that idea of changing the times. at least i can get in multiple bids in on the same day. i figure the closer to the day i need the car, the better rate i should get. i'm bidding on cars for my hawaii trip, but i still have another week. i have cancellable reservations set up as a back up though, i don't want to get stuck without a car.

just booked the crowne plaza hotel for $80 for tonite, first bid. i guess i coulda done better but didn't have a lot of time. it was quoted at $179

I've been bidding for a couple nites, started at 60, 65 and 68. Just got it for $68. Expedia has it as a 3.5* hotel.

no complaints, it's a decent hotel, and right beside the hilton. it's good, you can walk to old quebec and most of the good restaurants.

How did you get 7 bids in 2 days?

Bid $80 for a 3* hotel for downtown Quebec city for the dates Aug 7-11. Got accepted for the Delta Quebec. It took a while for the bid to get accepted, had to check back after 15 min.

The bid was for Sun Aug 6.

i just got the delta mtl (downtown) for $68 for 1 nite
