We went to Fairbanks back in October 2021 but we did Air Bnb because there weren't many hotel options.
$212 on hotwire for dates of March 25-March 27 while original price was $369.

Ok I asked because when I got the Four Points by Sheraton it says 95% recommended for mystery hotel but here it shows 87% recommended.
So wanted to know how the ratings were determined. Which makes me believe it is based on those who have made a review of the mystery hotel on hotwire.
When the mystery hotel says:
95% recommended - Amazing!
90% recommended - Favorite!
85% recommended - Great!
What are these percentages based on? Is it based on the percent recommended from Hotwire customers or is it based on the percent recommended from Tripadvisors customers or for those who have actually booked the mystery hotel itself and gave ratings on the hotel?
Also the Guests Ratings?
Awesome just won it and it was the Four Points by Sheraton
Amenities: Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby
Accessibility: Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower
Got it for the $86 that night.
Ok I will try to book later today or tomorrow. If it is the Four Points would be thrilled. But then again would arrive in the evening so it might not matter much of what hotel it is for just an evening.

Was thinking it could be the Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter
Curious what would have been the rating for The Drake hotel? I think 65% recommended is too low.
I am testing for the next day of July 24-25. Right now we have The Raffaello Hotel on July 23 to 24 and we booked the Congress Plaza Hotel for July 24-25. But would rather get the Drake for July 24-25 if possible but a big risk.

I have been searching for dates of July 24-25th but see no indication of the Drake. Does Priceline and Hotwire at times take the hotels off or do they stop offering as mystery hotels?
Thanks for sharing. Have always wanted to stay here and will stay here in July for an evening.
Do hotels at times take themselves off of the mystery hotel? This is the only thread I have seen where someone mentions they have the Hay Adams.
With the history of the Biltmore would have expected a better overall rating. Rarely see this hotel under $200 anyway so $137 was a deal even 4 years ago.
I decided not to book the rate nor go. I will stick to going to Chicago and Miami. I have already gotten the Chicago Rate in July for a hotel, now need one for Miami. I'd go to Berlin later on. I started thread because because Hotel Adlon was not listed in the hotel reviews so wanted to see if it was truly it and that it had not been reported yet. But I would think with how highly rated it is that it would be better than a 90% Recommended. As some of the ones that are 95% or 100% recommended for Berlin have much worse reviews and ratings on Hotwire/Expedia.
We can close this thread.
It says: Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Spa, Childrens Activities, Room Accessible, Wheelchair Accessible, Pet Friendly
But now price is $257
Also says No Guaranteed Hotels for this property. I wouldn't want to risk it if it isn't the Hotel Adlon.
Did this end up being the Omni Parker House?
So looking at dates July 15-16, 2018 and come across the area above.

Thoughts!!
2 hours ago, AaronJB said:The "last person booked" notes the last win at that star rating in that zone, which may or may not be the underlying hotel. The Raffaello is in a great spot tucked behind the Hancock and a block from Water Tower. If you know someone who booked the Claridge (which used to be the Hotel Indigo until recently), it would be greatly appreciated if they could share the details of the win with the board - thanks.
Definitely familiar with Chicago - I'd be happy to answer any city questions.
Enjoy your stay.
For the Claridge House Chicago it was the following: 4 star hotel (65% recommended)
Amenities Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services
Accessibility Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower
Yes it is fine. Someone else booked what was said to be called The Drake Hotel (last person got this) but then it turned out to be the Claridge House. So definitely prefer the Raffaello Hotel over the Claridge House
4* Chicago (Magnificent Mile - Water Tower) 85% Recommended - The Raffaello Hotel Chicago
Amenities Free Internet, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Self-service laundry, Internet access, Kitchenette
Accessibility In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower
The amenities are still the same. Thinking of booking in early April.
Wow awesome!! This is my favorite hotel in the World in my favorite city in the World. I know this is from years ago, wish I could get here for cheap though.
Glad to see you won this property.
