Sure, no problem.
For clarification, the list in my first post is a direct cut and paste from the standard Hotwire site for the hotel offer pre-booking - it is a smaller list.
I also used 'biddinghelper' from this site pre-booking and got the following list. FYI - I used this to validate the likely Hotel, as there were two 4.5* Hotels listed in this district on Hotwire, but only one 4.5* listed in the Hotel list. For what it is worth, I think the other might be the Hyatt Olive 8 (in the Hotel list as a 4*) - but not 100% sure because I chose to book this Hotel expecting the Grand Haytt.

Used the BB links & tools. Wow, very happy with our results for a 4.5* Hotel in downtown Seattle!
Hotwire, $102. (- $10. discount, + $29.13 taxes/fees), all in for $121.13. Hotel direct and through most other sites is currently at $197. I don't normally book this far in advance, but have noticed rates in Seattle have been inching higher for this date and when this came up, wanted to lock it in and didn't even bother with trying on Priceline. This is what came up on the standard Hotwire site for a description. Thanks!

First bid - surprised. Bid in Milford, Ma where we usually stay for Labor Day Weekend for the PGA Golf tournament. Bid upto $54 for a 3* - no luck.
There is a $26 parking fee on top of this. Reviews for the Hotel are not that impressive, . . . but a least we will have a place to stay in the area
Used the PRICELINE link to start the bidding.
Sorry - dates should be 2010 :)
Bid $20 a day earlier - no luck but did get a message prior to placing the bid that $26 had a good chance and $27 had a great chance of being accepted.
Waited a day and bid $22. Success!!! ~$280 for 9 days w/taxes & fees.
FYI - HOTWIRE was ~$31/day and Orbitz and others were well over $600 for this period (Hertz was $800). Also started this via the PRICELINE link for this site.
:)
Started bidding at $40 for a 3* hotel in the Milford-Franklin zone. Rejected, . . . so I added the Attelboro zone and increased bid to $46. To my surprise, this bid was accepted and the Residence Inn Franklin came in as the winner. Priceline recently increased the rating for this property to a 3* (was originally a 2.5*).
Anyway, very happy with this bid. Franklin is closer to where we need to be and this will save some time for us. FWIW - Hotwire was offering at $52/night for a 3* hotel in this area. This hotel is also listed at $109./nt on their website (although - I did not check until after this successful bid).
Started bidding at $35, rejected but was offered the room for +$9, . . . added non 3* zone and the second bid at $38 was also rejected. Added final available zone (no 3* in that zone), and submitted final bid at $40 per night per room. Not bad - 2 nights, 2 rooms for less than 37% of the lowest rate available direct on their website ($89 first night, $129 second night). Got to love Priceline and these research websites!!!!
Tried Priceline - no luck after 4 bids upto $95.
Ended up using Hotwire for first time when a 3.5* Newport hotel showed up for $126. (vs > $300 through standard search sites). Even 2* and 2.5* hotels on Hotwire were listed at >$250 each. So, I'm happy with the results, . . . this is a holiday weekend and the LPGA US Open is in town. Without this, we likely would have had to stay ~ 30/40 minutes away.

Bidding.Helper is a nice tool, as well as the RateDrop alert website!!
Anyway, I had alerts set and have been monitoring rates for over 6 weeks now. Got an alert today as this is the first time a 4* or better rate had dropped below $100. USD for this weekend. Of course, they might drop between now and when we travel, but we are pleased with the rate and went ahead and locked in this hotel. Multiple 3rd party sites show the standard going rate as $187. USD for the night.
Not an exact match with what was in the hotel list, but this is what came up for the full amenities using 'HotWire Easy View' tab:
FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower.
Thanks again!
