Midtown East W hotel..... 7/30 $126 Started at 4* $120 Midtown West. Rejected. Went to $122. Added Times Square. Rejected. Went to $126 added Empire State Building and mid town East. WON. This is $269 on other sites. I think I got a great deal. Especially for NYC! YES I USED THE PRICELINE link ON THIS SITE!!!

It DID have Spa, Children's Activities, and Fitness when I clicked on amenities. I didn't know that they don;t show all of the amenities! See, you learn something new every day!! THX!

Can't wait to see what the 4.5* boutique hotel is tho! Made me too nervous to go for that one.

4* Hilton Gaslamp $94 Fitness, pool, restaurant, business, HS internet. YES, I used the HOTWIRE link on this site!!!!! It is $229 on Expedia, so this is a great deal.

I did use the HOTWIRE link. THX :) The Se charges $36 for parking, and another $30 for 2 beds. This is the first time in my life I have been charged for 2 beds. Hotel is gorgeous, but quite away from the ballpark. Good deal regardless.

9/15 4.5* $116 Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business. I haven't stayed here, but have been to the bar and the hotel is gorgeous. It is $179 on the website....down from $325. Looks like these are new icons for this hotel. I thought it was going to be the Ivy. :)

Got the Hilton Suites. Was hoping for the Hyatt, Sheraton, or Wyndham, as this is not close to the ballpark, and it is only about $10 off the Expedia rate :) Restaurant Pool Fitness Business Center HS Internet

This hotel tried to boot me because they were "oversold." I travel ALOT, and this is the first time it happened. I was nice--but said NO WAY as they are constructing a bridge to get there over the railroad tracks and it was a freaking NIGHTMARE to get there! Plus, becuase of the construction, you have to walk A LONG WAY around to get to will call at the ballpark! Pedicabs cannot even go close. This turned out to be a disaster :) Until the bridge gets done, this place SUCKS.
