  2. There are 6 people, we are looking to get 2-3 rooms based on the size. Everyone in the group is confirmed and ready to purchase, we can make it all under one payment method/reservation. I do not know a lot about the zones, to be honest, other than that we would like to stay on the Strip. Thank you!!
  3. Hi there, I am looking for a Hotel for a Bachelorette party I am helping to plan in September from 9/14-9/16. We are hoping to find a place under $250/night (or cheaper) before taxes, with a 4* or higher rating on the Strip, a casino, and pool. There are several hotels that meet these requirements on PRICELINE EXPRESS and HOTWIRE and I would love some help identifying which hotels these are so I can try to choose one that would work best for the group. Thank you!
  4. Hi there, we've booked the Kimpton Monaco on PRICELINE for $143, and used the board BBHALLOWEEN code for an extra 5% off. We are excited for our stay. Thank you for your help!!
  5. I think we are in between the Kimpton and the Fairmont. Is there one you might recommend over the other, based on your knowledge of the hotel and/or the vicinity, etc.? Thanks!
  6. The Kimpton does look really nice. I was also wondering if I could have help identifying these hotels on Hotwire: 5* Downtown - Convention Center, Shopping, & Capitol Hill for $127 (95% recommended) FULL AMENITIES: Resort, Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Spa services, Children's activities, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower 4* Downtown - Convention Center, Shopping, & Capitol Hill for $133 (90% recommended) FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Internet access, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower 4.5* Downtown - Convention Center, Shopping, & Capitol Hill for $149 FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby
  7. We would like to stay under $150/night, although we are hoping for cheaper if possible as I believe it is off-season. We are going to a show near Seattle University on Saturday night, and would like to see Pike Place Market. We have not been to Seattle before and are open to what we would like to do. We will probably end up checking out some of the more notable spots, eating a few good restaurants, and seeing the Art Museum.
  8. Hello! Sorry I forgot to close this, we went with the Benson Hotel for $175/night and it was great!
  9. My husband and I are going to an event in Seattle on the 20th and want to make a weekend out of it. Neither of us have been there and would like insight on where to stay and help identifying hotels via Priceline Express and Hotwire. Also open to bidding for a property if that would get us a better deal as well. Thanks!
  10. Thank you!! Is it usually the case that's the Name Your Own Price hotel is the same as the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal if there aren't other Express deals in the same price range, or would you say these two factors are usually independent of each other?
  11. Hello, Could I have help identifying this hotels? Beaverton, Clackamas, Downtown Vancouver, East Vancouver, Gresham, Troutdale, Hilsboro, Lake Oswego, Milwauki, North Harbor, North Vancouver, Northwest Portland, PDX, Vancouver Mall?

  13. We like pretty much everything and are adventurous eaters. Sushi, French, delis, bagels, steakhouses, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Eastern European, can't really think of anything we do not like. We would probably like to go to one Michelin restaurant (have already been to Jean Georges) and are open to one or two $$$$ restaurants (around $150/pp before drinks) and then the rest of our meals we will look for casual places and some drinking/food places. Food is a big reason we travel and have budgeted for that. Definitely looking for great pizza places and suggestions for cocktail bars with a good ambiance and drinks.
  14. We just booked the Even Hotel for $217/night. So excited. Thank you! :) We would love any recommendations of things to do, places to eat, drink, etc. other than the mandatory Ess-A-Bagel of coures!
  15. Hi there, Thank you both for that information. I am glad to see the the Even Hotel is in a convenient location. I do really value the cleaniness of the hotel, that it is new, great reviews, etc. but it is a little out of my style. We both travel a lot for business and would prefer something a little more indulgent and a little less utilitarian. It would be a great hotel for a business trip. However, given the price and great reviews it is still a great contender. We will be reviewing the reviews/location for Innside shown above (more our style) and discussing what we think would fit the needs of our trip and probably will be booking one of them soon using the betterbidding link. I will keep you posted once we make a decision. Thanks!
  16. Sorry about that, I thought I had posted the links to the landing pages but I guess it did not go through. I think we would prefer to look at total prices now - around $1500ish total. Even Hotel looks nice, but what do you think about the location? Is it Grand Central station a decent enough hub? We did like the location of Stewart next to Penn Station, which I knew we could get to from EWR, and I have previously stayed in Times Square which is very central, so I just want to make sure the location is good for our trip. Bagels with smoked salmon are our favorite breakfast, which is definitely a plus as well. I don't really care about the fitness focused of the hotel - we are from LA so have enough of that and are looking forward to enjoying a VACATION! Hah! Here are the details from biddinghelper for the hotels listed before, in case you have any insight on what they may be or opinions. Our dates are May 3 - May 9. 4* Grand Central Terminal - UN Rated 8.0 out of 10 (or higher) for $211 Business Center Restaurant Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities 4* Central Park South Rated 7.0 out of 10 (or higher) for $218 Business Center Restaurant Free Internet No Smoking Rooms/Facilities 4* Times Square - Theatre District Rated 7.0 out of 10 (or higher) for $194 Pets Allowed Business Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities 4* Rockefeller Center - Bryant Park Rated 7.0 out of 10 (or higher) for $200 Business Center Restaurant Free Internet Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities 4* Empire State Building Area Rated 8.0 out of 10 (or higher) for $206 Pets Allowed Business Center Free Internet Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities Thank you again for all of your help!
  17. Didn't realize the Stewart tacked on $195 of "Additional Mandatory Fees" that the other hotels do not, which makes it actually around $210/night. Could you help us identify the following hotels so we could compare? 4-Star Express Deal Hotel, Times Square - Theatre District Area $194/night 4.5-Star Express Deal Hotel - Grand Central Terminal - UN Area - $217/night 4-Star Express Deal Hotel - Rockefeller Center - Bryant Park Area - $200/night 4-Star Express Deal Hotel - Central Park South Area - $216/night 4-Star Express Deal Hotel - Grand Central Terminal - UN Area - $211/night 4-Star Express Deal Hotel - Empire State Building Area Area - $206/night With the total cost in mind, would you still recommend Stewart or one of these other hotels as the best value? Thank you.
  18. Hi there, Bid until 170 on Tuesday and today and was rejected. Am now deciding between Stewart, Iberostar, and Arlo (leaning towards one of the first two). Has there been feedback on the value of these hotels, and also how they may differentiate between Priceline and other customers? Do you have any insight on the hotels and/or the area they are in? Since it looks like we may not be able to get as great of a deal as we hoped, we are open to expanding our budget/location preferences to see what else is out there.
  19. Ah yes, I see now. Now I have: Flushing Elmhurst Jamaica Brooklyn East - Flatbush Bayside Morningside Heights Coney Island Bronx Washington Heights JFK LGA Can I proceed with these rebid zones?
  20. At Brooklyn East - Flatbush, there are 2 hotels listed under the four star category: Missing Lantern and onefinestay. Don't worry, I already submitted the first bid in Safari and will continue to do so - definitely want to give you all credit for all the help you have provided!
  21. Okay - was able to get the link to work on Safari. Would these be the re-bid zones? Flushing Elmhurst Jamaica Bayside Morningside Heights Coney Island Bronx Washington Heights JFK LGA Are these correct? Am I missing one?
  22. Hi there, the link you are providing for Priceline isn't working for me. It just loads a blank page and the link stays the same in the address bar. Do you have any advice on how to proceed?
  23. I think we can exclude it, then, especially if we are able to get options elsewhere. Thank you.
  24. Those zones all look acceptable to me, except Grand Central Terminal (would prefer not to be so far away from the subway). What would you think about including SOHO?
