Thank you for answering. I don't like how they charge you 20 for parking. They should be allowed to advertise a lower rate without that being mentioned on the express deal. Are you able to look at the same date and area, there is a 3.5 star for 122. The only amenities listed are business center and in door or outdoor pool. I have never done the name your own price. Is there a chance that if I did 3 star for less I would get the same or is express usually the cheaper one?

I updated that thread. We didnt stay anywhere so I never had an update.

We never went on this trip so there is no update as to what the hotel was.

Hi, I am looking for some help. I am loving this site and wish I would have found it earlier. I will make sure I click the links so you get credit. We are going on a cruise on 04/12/2015 and plan on spending the Saturday before in NO which is 04/11/15. Preferably I want a room within walking distance to Burbon street and also the ports. If not walking then a inexpensive cab would work as well. I just don't want to spend $20-$30 each way on a cab. We also want to spend under $150 for the room and not be in a 2* Hotwire has a 3* for $134 in the Downtown/Superdome area. Not sure if this area is close enough but hopefully you can help me decipher the room.
