I tried to purchase the room and it was no longer available. The 3.5* price jumped to $306. I ended up going to the Hyatt site to book. Thanks for your help. Please feel free to delete this thread if you wish. I waited too long to book this room. Hopefully I learned a lesson for the future.

I was looking two rooms for 5 people total, but it is gone now. I did not see the one you mentioned, even if I switched to one room/two people.

I have been trying on Priceline for the Evanston - Skokie - Nikes area. I have been bidding on 3* and have gotten as high as $72, but not gotten a win. I would prefer this area, but the prices seem so much higher for less ($118 for a 3*) compared to the Norhtbrook - Glenview - Mt. Prospect area. Thanks again!

I should have followed your advice and grabbed the $85 rate, but I missed out on that. The trend seemed to be going up, so I took the $88 rate. Thanks for your help.

I went all the way up to $93 and still could not get it. I am rethinking my approach. Maybe tomorrow I will go down to a 3* in the Milwaukee Northwest - Wauwatosa section. From looking at your list, this would probably be either the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Park Place or the Hyatt Place Milwaukee West. It just seems like the rates are all kind of high.
