As long as you get 5 Star North with a casino. You will most likely get one of the 4 you want. However, we've gotten Venetian and Palazzo more often than Wynn/Encore.

Mandalay Bay, Tropicana, MGM Grand, Monte Carlo or New York New York

My guess is Monte Carlo or Tropicana. I don't think Luxor is considered 4 stars.

The fact that its Winter Music Conferece, Miami Music Conference/Ultra week will not help.
