I called the Venetian and they said if there were rooms available at the Palazzo it would be a one time $30.00 change fee. I asked if that was per day and the attendant so no, it was a one time fee per room.

Is it possible to switch from the Venetian to the Palazzo? If so, who would I contact? Thanks
