I got this reply from Price line by email "At this time, our system only allows customers to use our Name Your Own Price service if they have a card with a U.S. billing address for our Air product."

Thank you for your help. I am having problem in bidding. it is asking for my state and postcode where my card is registered to enter for bidding. I live in United Kingdom and there is no option to select any other country or state. Please can someone help me to know how to do bidding from outside United States? Regards
