NO WAY is this a 3.5* hotel. I might assess it at a 3* at best. There is a 3in gap under the door in my room, no wireless option, furniture is missing hardware, bathroom fixtures are warn and the cleanliness is average to below. The bed is as expected for a Doubletree and, wen the lights are out, I feel like I am in a nice room. :-)
