1. Yes, I searched for Tumon, Guam for April 13-16 and used the Easy View tab of BiddingHelper.com 2. I didn't see a 4* hotel offered $169 per night. (What I saw is 4* $144 per night with amenities: Free parking, Near beach, Smoke-free rooms, Pool(s), Self-service laundry, Internet access) That's why I told you it's not the Outrigger Guam beach resort.

I've always been searching with BiddingHelper.com tool with the same method you described above. However, for what the amenities you have listed above, I didn't see it. Now It appears to be different hotel, not the Outrigger Guam Beach Resort.
