  1. $89 Over the weekend, the Crowne (3.5 stars with 7+ rating), was showing $106 Express. I bid up to $96 with no luck. This morning (Monday) it was at $96 Express. I bid $86 and Priceline countered with $101. I added Littleton and bid $89 with success. Thanks for the PRICELINE link.
  2. Bid 4* Downtown $65 ($80 counter), Airport $68, South $71 (PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for this hotel was $77) Thanks for the resource you provide and link to PRICELINE
  3. Bid 4* Downtown $116, Entertainment $126 Coquitlam $136 Delta $141 Kiltsilano $151 Langley $161
  4. Bid $60. Priceline countered with $78 - added Aurora and bid $65 - no deal, added another 3* zone and went to $70. Nice hotel and perfectly located. Always fear getting stuck at that Crowne Plaza when bidding this zone.
  5. Took 4 bids (55 for 3.5 star at airport, then three more in 3 star zones @ 61 66 and finally 71)
  6. Bid $53 Zone 3 (airport) - PL declined and countered at $78 Bid $64 added zone 1 - declined Bid $74 added zone 11 - accepted Thanks for this service. I use your PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links whenever possible.
  7. Tried $56. Bid declined and PL offered $70. Said no thanks and was directed to full site where a $73 counter was offered. Declined and added ABQ East as free bid at $64. Accepted and happy. Thanks for your website. I use your links whenever possible.
  8. Maybe could have done better but a last minute reservation and wanted to be sure. Nice hotel in good area.
  9. Bid $57 - Priceline countered with $67. I did not want to stay in other zones over a few dollars, so accepted the $67
  10. Bid $61 - Priceline Offered $77 Added Coral Springs and bid $66 - rejected Added Fort Lauderdale North and bid $69 - accepted
  11. This property was 2 1/2* last September (2010) and Pricelined at $49 Now it shows as 3* - first bid $45 and got it. It is a nice place. I was hoping for it when bidding. (let's hope it is still that way!)
  12. Tried Central @ $63 - nope Tried Central @ $60 - nope Added South @ $60 and got Crown Plaza Yesterday was up to $55 @ South with no luck

  17. Have stayed here twice B4 for $48, but Priceline rejected today's request and offered a rebid at $14 more to make it $62. I fell for it, knowing if I waited a few days I might have obtained the $48 rate - but we are meeting company there and did not want to risk losing the room. This is a great hotel for $48 and fine for $62.
  18. I'm not even sure there are any 1* rated hotels in Key West, although there are plenty of 1 star places in reality. I often read complaints on TripAdvisor and other places from visitors to Florida and even Hawaii complaining about musty, moldy and stale rooms. Having lived here since 1969, I can tell you almost any hotel room is going to feel a little "alive" for a northern based visitor. We have humid air and hotel rooms are closed up most of the day. My point is that as you go down the star ladder be prepared and please don't complain about getting a musty room in Key West for $75, because that is exactly what you are going to get. The window a/c will chill the mold for you and then you will decribe the room as cold and moldy! Not trying to be funny, just trying to help you be prepared for an economy room in a high rent area. Like I said, it is not uncommon to see these complaints about high end hotel rooms. You are certain to experience the feeling at your price point. Not sure if you are going for the night life, fishing or day trip - but except for the bar and people watching scene, you can enjoy the keys for less if you are willing to stay on another key. You could drive to Key West for your visit there. On the other hand if you want to stay up and out, you need to be sleeping there and moving around on foot. Have fun & I hope you find a room that fits your budget and standards.

  21. I guess Priceline would define this as the "Universal Studios - SeaWorld" area Here is the actual address: 8001 International Drive Orlando, Florida 32819 Sorry for any confusion created.
  22. Considered a stretch to describe this as 3* property. But clean and convenient. Last minute booking for a trade show. Likely overpaid, but certainly better than booking directly. Satisfied with the rate and location.
  23. Checked Priceline and see this is a 2* spot. Thanks. Don't know if you update your listings - but this place is not listed for the Priceline area. Stumbled upon your site after being banned from the other. I am not a big bulletin board user so was surprised and shocked - thought someone had used my ID and posted some dirty words or something. Sent to messages to administrator, no response. Did a Google search "Banned from xxxxx" and ran into a number of similar messages, which finally sent me here. Suppose my offense was not using the links to book a room. I was not an experienced enough user to understand the process and "paid the price". Guess I will just be the customer who doesn't come back. Am hopeful your site will be just as helpful - perhaps more -. If you will reply with the link(s) you would like me to use so you get credit for the booking, I will do so whenever possible. Thanks.
  24. I am not sure about the star rating. The hotel is not on your list for this area. But it was a pretty darn nice $28 room in a very convenient area of town. Decent breakfast. Very clean. We would stay there again quickly.
