Checked out Hotwire again and saw that the Downtown West property was no longer available. Booked the Entertainment District property with the same amenities listed above, and as predicted, was the Westin Grand Vancouver for $156/night using the HOTWIRE link. Thank you!
I bid up to $125 in both zones separately. At this point, I am open to the least expensive 4* in either zone and would be willing to raise the max bid if necessary.
It turns out I'll be spending 2 days in Victoria before heading to Vancouver. Requesting bidding assistance to book a 4* hotel in Victoria with a max bid of $170. I've currently bid from $90 to $140 in $10 increments without any luck. Thanks!
As an update, I'm still working on booking a hotel in these zones, but have changed my dates to 7/29 - 8/1. All other parameters are the same. Please let me know if you think I should revise the previous bidding strategy.

The Omni might be too far from where I wanted to be, but I'll keep it in mind as a back up in case things don't work out. I think I'd like to try bidding separately for a 3.5* in the Downtown Disney area with a max of $100. I'm having second thoughts about booking a resort and paying the associated fees if I'm not planning on spending a lot of time within the resort.
If it's the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, I think that will fit our needs. What do I need to do to book.
