Hmm, I'm not seeing that hotel option come up when I search using the link you provided. There is no $137/night 4* option listed in the Rittenhouse Square area through the BiddingHelper.com tool. Still TBD. Was planning on booking via Hotwire when I posted this, but a friend told me we might be able to charter a boat to our final destination after I posted, which I didn't know was an option when I posted. Thus I made the refundable res as a back-up plan in case we can't reserve a boat.
