I think the hotel you are looking at is the Westin Rio Mar. the Rio Grande area has 2 4* hotels, the one difference I've noticed is that the Westin is "beachfront" and the El Conquistador is "oceanfront": the Westin is right on the beach and the El Con is on a bluff. Hope this helps
