I started bidding a few days ago at $40.00 for a 2 1/2 star hotel. I was rejected for a few days as I slowly increased my bids. I got my hotel today for a 3 star at $55.00. I placed my bid through the PRICELINE link. Thanks!

I've been looking for a similar hotel stay. I saw you can get a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for $61.00 for a 3* Sarasota Downtown-Airport Hotel. So I don't think you got any deal at all! I tried for a 2.5 star hotel and was rejected at $46.00 and $52.00. I got a message saying that I could have one free rebid at $63.00. Forget it! What's going on at PRICELINE? I might as well do a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal....

Yes, absoulutely! Thank you for clarifying. It was just weird to see the last post was from 2003. I had a feeling it had been updated, but wanted to make sure. I will of course use you links to Priceline and Hotwire. If that is what helps you guys, I will certainly do, as you are helping me! :)
