I really wanted Newport Beach (anything), but was unwilling to pay the going rate (I tried 3* up to $50 and 4* up to 89). Anyway, Tried 4* Costa Mesa/Irvine today. Started at $50, PL countered at $14 more. Declined and continued at $57 and added Newport Beach 4*. Pl accepted Hilton Costa Mesa at $57.
