HAD SOME TROUBLE FINDING SOMETHING AT LESS THAN $125 IN LONDON ON PRICELINE. TOOK A GAMBLE ON HOTWIRE'S 4.5 FIGURING IT WOULD BE A PRICELINE 4*. RIGHT I WAS - THE WALDORF HILTON FOR $107 PER NIGHT - SEPT 8-12

Based on taxes... priceline paid approximately $31 for room. Have stayed there before.... great airport service.

4* Hilton Checkers (used to be a Wyndom) one night 21-22 April Bid accepted at $55/nt (~$69 with all taxes)

Be aware that almost all airlines have matched BA. Just booked mid December on United LAX-LHR - $306 with all taxes and fees. Unbelievable

2 rooms at Hilton. Started at $60 - using many free bids in SF got Hilton for $73/nt

Mid December - 6 nts.... Sheraton Society Hill - $43per night. Nice hotel, though we wished were a bit closer to the central part of town.

I have gotten the Crowne Plaza LAX twice in the past 3 months both times for about $33. Hint:: Parking is only $7.95 for AAA members.... do not pay hotel the $11/day unless you want in and out privileges.
