  1. Got a great deal in DC over PCLN Express a couple of minutes ago. Has been displayed as a 4* Hotel in the downtown area. Has been rated with 7 out of 10. Ameneties has offered as follow: Free Internet in room Pets Allowed Restaurant Business Center Fitness Center I have used the current coupon code Q7UNTYJM and got the 15% additional discount. It ends at $172,30 for 2 rooms, $86,15 all in. I am more than satisfied with this deal. And of course, I have used the bidding helper from the forum. Many thanks.
  2. thank you for the tip with the Bagel. Has been noticed. And many thanks for your helping site. I did the PRICELINE link from above, of course. The BiddingHelper.com. Really nice tool.
  3. got a great deal a couple of minutes ago. Has been displayed over Priceline.Express as a This deal saves 35% or more compared to similar hotels 4,5 star hotel in Midtown East 8,0 of 10 customer satisfaction (Guest favourite) Amenities: Pets AllowedRestaurantBusiness CenterFitness CenterI have booked 2 rooms for $822 plus 181Tax and have added an old 10% coupon and got it right now for 920$ all in. For me a real bargain.
  4. just to keep you informed. I am still looking for the deal but waiting for a price below the $127. I have enough time. Maybe I extend my search to another region but I will post the result to the board to bring it into your database for further requests. I much appreciate your help.
  5. Thank you for your help. Our flight will be from LGA. I have choosen this one due to quality (4*, I only saw 3+ at LGA and more expensive) and the possibility to be quick in Manhattan as well as at the airport. We want to use the first day for sightseeing and have enough time on the 27th to go to the airport. Flight departs at half past 2 in the afternoon. Damned, prices increased for the time beeing from $127 to $133 at Hotwire. I should wait for decreasing, shouldn't I?
  6. I am looking for a 2 day hotel stay in New York before we will fligh back to Germany. I need a hotel with a good conection to both, Manhattan and the airport. Hence LIC. I see at Hotwire a LIC 4* at $127. Amenities has been displayed as follow: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Restaurant(s), Business Center, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom My guess would be the Z Hotel NYC. What do you think?
  7. Congrats to this incredible deal. I don't want to be the dog in the manger, but I stayed there a couple of years ago. They have spacious rooms, but definitely no double beds. Hopefully you will be fine with the kids. I reply that so you can get in contact with the hotel in advance to clarify. I also search for room with kids and I am afraid to get a hotel with the same manner. Greetings from Germany.
  8. Have increased my offer to 80$ today and won the Clarion Hotel. I had hoped to get the Hampton or Fairfield Inn instead of the Clarion, but nevermind. Amenities has been displayed during the bid process: Business Center Fitness Center Got 2 rooms plus 43.16 tax. Total of 203.16$ or 101,58$ each room. Not a real bargain but not that bad.
  9. Jose, thx for the quick response. I will do the same. Actually, Hotwire prices seems to be better than PCL. I wonder there would be a room for me around 114$, but will see. Thx again and greetings from Germany,
  10. That's interesting. How is that possible to get an email from HOTWIRE. I know that procedure after bidding on Price.line but Hotwire has not have your request. Have your received an offer via a newsletter from Hotwire or what have your received? I also need a 4* hotel in the summer but the only offer I can see over both, PCL and Hotwire, is a offer around 170$. How can I get 114? Thank you in advance for your help.
  11. Many thanks for the explanation. I am not at the end of my tether, have a lot of time until my travelling date and will observe the offers. I am also looking for a 3 and 2 day stay for my journey in Manhattan. That will be a little bit more diffcult. May I ask some questions about that in this thread as well or should I open a new one?
  12. thank you for answering so fast. I have tried the Express Deal and was wondering that there was offered now a 2.5* hotel for 93$. 3* costs now 103$. Airport shuttle is not mandatory for me, I think most of the hotels in that area offer that. So they do it all at PExD. What hotel do you think will be the 3* at NYOP? But the Express deals looks also good. Amenities are Free Breakfast Free Internet in room Restaurant Airport Shuttle Fitness Center and bed choice is also available. Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn. What do you think?
  13. Trying to get 2 rooms for August around LGA for a night, after we will arive in the evening from Europe. Priceline offers one for 93$ in PED. Hotwire a 2,5 for 91$. NYOP show amenities like Restaurant, Fitness Center, Business Center. I need a airport shuttle as well. I think this one should be the Clarion Hotel. Can you confirm or give me advice? Have been trying to get it for 75$, but was rejected. What do you think should be the winning bid?
  14. The passenger Info. I have to fill in the date of birth, gender or suffix date each time for every person. Only the Name will be safed. That is annoying for 4 people. Is there anything I can safe beforehand?
  15. Of course, will do so, but that was not the answer I have expected. Can anybody help me with that issue?
  16. Hi there, I am trying to get a ticket for a family of 4 and been annoyed by daily filling in my passenger information. Although I am signing in, priceline do not record the entire information beside the name. Is there any trick or do I really have to complete the form constantly for any bid? This is really annoying for 4 people daily. Thank you for your help. Marco.
  17. I was looking for a 4 star hotel and it was shown a hotel with business center, Restaurant, indoor pool and a guest rating of 8 or higher. I tried with a very low fare of 65$. 24 hours later I tried with 70$ again and got the deal. 70$ plus 13.38$ tax looks for me like a bargain for this hotel.
  18. I did as it that way after trying for a while. Not that easy for a German, but thanks for the advise.
  19. My first bid at PRICELINE over betterbidding. Thx to you Priceline Maps. Great! Have tried over several days to catch 2 rooms for 2 nights in a 4 or 3,5 star hotel near LAX. Started low at 60$ and were often rejected. Got it right now for 85$ + 7$ cash bonus. The Hotel is the Radisson and has been described as "Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Guest Score 7/10 or Higher". Beforehand I reserved the same hotel at Expedia for 535$ and have saved roughly 125$. I am satisfied.
